The the VDPAU libraries are missing some symlinks that prevents mythtv
packages from building against them correctly.  The following should
be added to the links.in file:

usr/lib/libvdpau.so.#VERSION#   usr/lib/libvdpau.so.1
usr/lib/libvdpau.so.#VERSION#   usr/lib/libvdpau.so
