[pkg-nvidia-devel] nvidia-graphics-drivers update to 190.42

Hi folks,

please consider the attached upgrade to 190.42. Changes:

- new upstream
- add new package 'nvidia-doc' providing the (still out-of-date)
   config example, README.txt and NVidia's html documentation
- extend conftest.h to #define NV_INIT_WORK_PRESENT and
   NV_INIT_WORK_ARGUMENT_COUNT (for 2.6 kernels only)
- kick out some invisible \t in debian/rules emacs is bugging me
   about

Please review my changes. I am not fully proficient with package
management yet. I could verify this only for amd64 (ignoring the
32bit support).
