[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 96xx] 3-of-k use more placeholders

Hi Randall,

this patch extends the use of (newly introduced) placeholders in
debian/control.in and friends. Having placeholders there instead of
hardcoded -legacy-96xx etc. makes future synchronization between 96xx,
173xx and current much easier.

Besides some updates of the descriptions (now, they all should have the
same formatting, wrapping and content) the generated debian/control
should not differ.
