Hi Charles, I think that there is a mistake and you have closed the wrong bug 
number. libbio-sam-perl is a package whose description tells it is related to -
nucleotides analysis, but bug 543487 is related to nvidia-glx. That bug is 
already closed, but propbably you need to take the proper action to actually 
close the bug you are interested. Bye
