[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch] monolithic ia32-libs support for legacy-173xx

Hi,

here comes a patch to move back to the monolithic ia32-libs on the
legacy-173xx branch, too.

The first part does some reformatting of debian/rules, the second the
actual changes.

I would also recommend the removal of the randy-specific
debian/svn-deblayout from the svn repository


I successfully tested building the modules on amd64 for 2.6.30-2 and 2.6.31
