[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [12/k] cleanup outdated patches and code

Hi,

the attached patch removes some obsolete code referencing the old
patches or packages no longer built from this source.
Since current kernel source builds without problems on xen, I opt for
removing all old patches kept in the source but no longer applied since
whenever.

Delete the following directories (with all their outdated content) from
the svn repository:
        patches
        patches.save
        patches.dpatch.save


 * patches/*, patches.save/*, patches.dpatch.save/*: remove, long obsolete
 * debian/rules: remove obsolete code
