[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [13/k] simplify debian/upstream_version and its usage

Hi,

debian/upstream_version contained a lot of variables that accumulated
historically but were no longer being used for any actual substitutions.
The attached patch minimizes debian/upstream_version and debian/rules
w.r.t. the variables actually being used.

 * debian/upstream_info, debian/rules: simplify
   - add URL_X86 and URL_X86_64, include both URLs in debian/copyright
   - drop unused variables BASE_VERSION, FILENAME, DIRNAME, URL,
     RELEASE, UPSTREAMVERSION, NEXTVER
