[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [20/k] use dh_install

Hi,

switching to dh_install is something I wanted to do for a long time. So
finally the patch is here. :)

A lot of the debian/*.dirs files have become obsolete and need to be
removed from the repository:

        debian/nvidia-vdpau-driver.dirs
        debian/nvidia-libvdpau1-ia32.dirs
        debian/nvidia-libvdpau1.dirs
        debian/nvidia-kernel-source.dirs
        debian/nvidia-libvdpau-dev.dirs
        debian/nvidia-vdpau-driver-ia32.dirs
        debian/nvidia-glx-dev.lintian-overrides
        debian/nvidia-glx-dev.dirs

A lot of debian/*.install.in files will be added instead.
This increases again the number of generated control files, but removes
a lot of useless complexity from debian/rules.

Changelog:

 * debian/rules, debian/*.install.in: use dh_install instead of manual
   installation
 * debian/*.dirs: remove or minimize
