[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [23/k] use a patch instead of sed manipulation

Hi,

since I introduced a functional patch system for the module source some
time ago, we can use this for the selection of the correct binary
object, too. No need to do this still with sed while creating the module
source tarball.
Also drop the unused, unsupported, not functional Makefile.nvidia from
the module source tarball.
