[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [27/k] whitespace cleanup

Hi,

the attached patch performs a bit of whitespace cleanup:
- replace tabs with spaces
- remove whitespace from whitespace only lines (s/^ +$//)
- remove multiple trailing whitespace (s/  +$//)

Eventually single trailing whitespace could be removed as well to get a
more consistent formatting (s/ $//), should be done on debian/*README*
and debian/changelog.
