[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [32/k] install bug script in all packages

Hi,

the attached patch makes the bug script being installed in every
package, including the binary modules packages created from
nvidia-kernel-source.

Perform the following rename, too:

        svn mv debian/nvidia-glx.bug-script debian/bug-script
