Patch was obsoleted by the 195.36.31-2 release which does a lot of 
reorganization to the packaging, even more is to come. My primary goal 
currently is to create a simplified packaging common codebase for current and 
legacy releases. Unfortunately NVIDIA's reorganization of the archive 
structure makes this a bit harder and causes some additional delays for 
256.xx.

You don't need to update your patch, I'm working on it.
