I extracted the supported PCI IDs from the README files and built the
end-of-life lists as the GPUs being removed from the models supported by
the unified driver. But I didn't check for PCI IDs disapperaring
completely from one version of the README to the next (instead of being
moved to a legacy section). Should be corrected now in SVN.
