I've used:
make-kpkg --revision 2.0 --append-to-version '-heisenberg' --initrd confiugure
make-kpkg --revision 2.0 --append-to-version '-heisenberg' --initrd buildpackage
make-kpkg --revision 2.0 --append-to-version '-heisenberg' --initrd modules
