[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [4/k] fix 2.6.33 module build

Hi,

attached is a patch that fixes module build under 2.6.33, closing the
corresponding bug.

The nvidia-kernel-source package had some remaining parts of a dpatch
based build system that was no longer functional and not documented.
This was removed and has been replaced by a quilt based solution.
The patch system in the source package will be a no-op if no patches are
included in the source package, no additional care about disabling it is
to be taken.

The patch system and module build also works without problems if the
source tarball is extracted over an extracted and patched source tree
without cleaning first, which may happen with repeated builds, e.g. for
different kernel versions.

I tested this with 2.6.33-2-amd64 (experimental) and module-assistant.
