[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [5/k] cleanup handling of autogenerated files

Hi,

this is the final part of a patch I started quite some time ago to
improve the handling of generated control files.

The following files need to be removed from the svn repository, they are
either empty or have been unused for a long time.

Some final updates to debian/rules are in the attached patch.
