[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [33/k] replace upstream_info (shell script) with rules.defs (makefile)

Hi,

attached patch simplifies debian/upstream_info (a shell script) by
replacing it with the makefile fragment debian/rules.mk.
I did not integrate it into debian/rules directly because the same
debian/rules can hopefully be used unmodified for the n-g-d-legacy-*
packages, too.

The following obsolete file can be deleted from the svn repository:
        debian/upstream_info
