[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 195xx] [8/k] legacy support: autorename control files

... and here we finally rename (actually copy) the control files to use
names containing -legacy-42xx when doing legacy builds. This works
correctly also in the case that we have a nvidia-glx-legacy-42xx.NEWS
(and no nvidia-glx.NEWS file) in the svn repository:
a) we probably want to have some independent control files, e.g. NEWS
(usually contains a list of supported/unsupported hardware) for the
legacy packages that are not shared with the n-g-d master
b) these files are not removed during clean
