[pkg-nvidia-devel] some patches for nvidia-graphics-drivers

No, those packages are both free software, so they should not be built
from the non-free source package.

Why would we put this in a separate package as opposed to including it
directly into nvidia-glx?  (Packaging it in some way is definitely a good
idea; there's an open bug about that.)
