Lots of other people are using the package successfully at the moment, so
I'm going to downgrade the severity here to important.

I'm going to upload 195.36.24-1 over the next couple of days.  I'll be
curious to see if that fixes your problem.

Please note that there's usually nothing we can do about problems like
this in Debian, other than uploading new upstream versions, since the
drivers are closed source and we have no license permission to modify them
in any way.  If 195.36.24-1 doesn't fix your problem, you'll probably need
to report the problem upstream instead.
