[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 195xx] [19/k] bug-control

Hi,

this patch adds a bug-control file to all the packages so that reportbug
lists version information about more packages (that the package the bug
is reported against is not depending/recommending/suggesting).

Current contents (wrapped only for better readability):

report-with:
 nvidia-glx
 nvidia-kernel-dkms
 nvidia-kernel-source

package-status:
 nvidia-glx
 nvidia-kernel-dkms
 nvidia-kernel-source
 nvidia-kernel-common
 xserver-xorg
 xserver-xorg-core
 binutils
 binutils-gold

Are there more packages that should be considered?

report-with produces (for each installed PACKAGE != BUGGYPACKAGE from
the list):
  "Versions of packages PACKAGE depends on:"

package-status adds one additional block
  "Versions of packages BUGGYPACKAGE is related to:"
listing the version of each package in the list (or <none> of not
installed).

There may be some redundant information (i.e. packages reported multiple
times), but thats simpler than hand-crafting a separate bug-script for
each package.
