Ah, sorry, that was the bit I was asking about.  Yeah, that should be fine
as long as the header files always include that link.

Oh, yes.  Excellent.  That was the goal, so that looks great.  I hadn't
yet figured out how to include the n-g-m version, so thank you for
tackling that part.  I think that's as reasonable of a version as we're
likely to get while still including all the needed bits so that the
version number will increase properly.
