nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-71xx would have had a similar problem, in
that it has no upgrade path, since there's no version of those drivers
available from NVIDIA that work with the latest server.  I hadn't thought
about that.  But it looks like it's not a problem since that wasn't in
stable, nor was nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy (which predates it).  We
got lucky there.

Once nvidia-graphics-drivers{,-legacy-173xx,-legacy-96xx} all propagate,
we have a defined upgrade path for everything that was in lenny, I think.

At some point, we probably do want to push people more towards nouveau,
but the NVIDIA drivers still support some stuff that nouveau doesn't even
on GPUs that nouveau supports.
