nvidia driver packages for squeeze and other updates

finally updated ia32-libs went into squeeze and is no longer blocking
the nvidia driver packages from migrating. So five more days to go ...

Do we want to try to update the n-g-d legacy-{173,96}xx packages again
after they migrated? There have been several documentation updates in
n-g-d 195.36.31-{5,6} and a small upgrade improvement for "broken"
systems (not sure if this could happen on old *-legacy-* installations
as well).

There are new upstream -legacy-{173,96}xx releases available that add
support for Xorg 1.9 (which is in experimental). I don't think that we
need to make new uploads to experimental of these right now (unless
someone bugs us about this). A post-squeeze upload to unstable should be
