[pkg-nvidia-devel] Move libvdpau packaging to git

Hello,

I would like to move libvdpau packaging over to git. I'll admit, it's because 
I'm more accustomed to using git for packaging, but there's also the advantage 
that libvdpau is kept in a git repository upstream as well.

If I do move libvdpau to git, I'll be sure to keep history, tags, and 
branches.

Any objections?
