I've created a separate commits maiing list (pkg-nvidia-commits).  It will
take 6-12 hours for the mailing list to be created; once it's set up, I'll
change over the commit notification configuration of the various
repositories.

While I was at it, I also took ownership of the administration of this
list and removed the subject prefix (which was interfering with bug
discussion) and cleaned out the moderation queue.  When I get a moment,
I'll go through and configure the list to accept mail from the Debian
archive software and related role accounts and from list members and
moderate the rest, so that we can avoid any eventual spam problems.
