Hi Russ,

I think 195.36.31-4 could be uploaded to unstable. It fixes the issues
Julien has mentioned. Furthermore it detects some possibly misconfigured
user systems as was reported in recent bugs. I also added a patch for
2.6.36 - the module builds there now, too, but I couldn't test 2.6.36, yet.

The package passes installation and upgrade tests from 195.36.31-3 on
amd64. I'm  now running the longer upgrade test series over night.
