Could you first retry with 270.30-1 which is available in experimental?

Could this be related to changes in X? You are running Xorg from
unstable. As Xorg 1.9 does not work with the 195.xx driver you probably
updated X and NVIDIA at the same time, making the problem harder to debug.

If the 270.xx driver does not fix the problem, could you switch back to
Xorg from squeeze (the newer NVIDIA drivers work there, too) to make
sure this is actually a problem in the NVIDIA driver? Please test Xorg
1.7 with 270.xx, 260.xx and 195.xx drivers.

Thanks

Andreas
