Since the DKMS build can proceed while X is running, there will be a conflict 
on next startup. This probably applies to -source package as well. Nvidia's 
installer demands shutting down, say kdm, before compiling.

Actually, since a module is loaded at boot time, things might not work until 
after a reboot in any case.

So "need tor reboot to complete upgrade" notification should be shown.
