new nvidia-detect package

Hi Russ,

I just packaged (a modified version of) the nvidia detection script from
the wiki page in the new nvidia-detect package. Primary idea is to get
the script print the recommended driver package to use for the NVIDIA
GPU found in the system.
This is part of n-g-d, not nvidia-common, as I expect regular PCI ID
updates with new upstream releases.
I'll probably redo the PCI ID matching things to allow for
semi-automatic updating the script (or better some data files) in the
future.

Do you suggest different names for the script/package? Otherwise it's
ready for upload. This time it's your job, again, as this will go
through NEW.
