I think you can to it once for all the non-free packages:
* nvidia-graphics-drivers
* nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-173xx
* nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-96xx
* nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-71xx
* nvidia-cuda-toolkit

Not sure if we want it for the prebuilt modules package, too:
* nvidia-graphics-modules

The legacy packages don't have the XS-Autobuild flag set, yet, will be
added in the next upload.

Subject: Autobuilding nvidia packages
Dear (Release Managers) ?,

please add the following non-free packages to the list of auto-buildable
packages:
<list>
The XS-Autobuild flag has been set on nvidia-graphics-drivers and
nvidia-cuda-toolkit already and will be included in the next upload of
the legacy drivers, too.

The nvidia license has no restrictions on the process of repackaging
(other than not modifying the binaries). The build also does not require
any special hardware (e.g. a nvidia gpu) being present on the building
machine.
