nvidia-graphics-drivers override disparity

I didn't include this one because I wasn't sure why it was oldlibs and was
trying to figure out if that should change at the same time.  Is this a
transitional package of some kind?  If so, the description of the package
doesn't say anything about that, and I'm not sure quite how it works.
(This was probably previously discussed and I just can't remember, but I
couldn't find anything that jogged my memory in the changelog.)
