Bug#623078: nvidia-kernel-dkms: Very slow in drawing windows

Thank you very much for your interest first of all.

I have already installed nvidia-kernel-dkms, which uses nvidia driver
version 270.41.06 at the moment, from sid and it works just great. None
of those issues mentioned before occurs here anymore.
