Please report this problem directly to NVIDIA, this cannot be fixed by
the Debian NVIDIA Maintainers. Please see

for NVIDIA's bug reporting instructions. E.g. you'll have to collect
additional information, logs, ... by running the nvidia-bug-report.sh
script.

Probably it's the best if one of you creates a thread (unless you find a
matching one) and both of you post the nvidia-bug-report.log.gz there.
Please post the URL of the forum thread here, so that we can follow
progress.
