Bug#626866: override: nvidia-glx-ia32:non-free/oldlibs extra

This package is now an empty transitional package (which needs to have
its description updated to reflect that, but we'll take care of that).
The X driver itself isn't useful to have in an ia32 version, just the
GL libraries, which are now in a separate package.

It should accordingly be in oldlibs with other transitional packages
and be priority extra.

nvidia-glx-ia32_270.41.06-1_amd64.deb: package says section is non-free/oldlibs, override says non-free/x11.
nvidia-glx-ia32_270.41.06-1_amd64.deb: package says priority is extra, override says optional.
