Hi!
Just week ago I updated to a new graphics card (Gtx 560Ti) which seems to have overclocking disabled all-together in Nvidia's drivers (270.41.06-1)
so I can't verify 100% that the bug is gone right now.
IIRC the bug was fixed after a couple of months as I can clearly remember trying out how high my previous graphics cards would overclock.
Ironically I hardly ever used the overclocking features apart from benchmarking the cards once or twice.
