removal of nvidia-kernel-common and nvidia-common source packages

Hi Russ,

can you request the removal of these old source packages from unstable
(and testing unless this is automatic):

  * nvidia-kernel-common (which provides an outdated arch:all binary
    package nvidia-kernel-common)
  * nvidia-common with it's nvidia-common binary package
    (functionality was moved to nvidia-support/nvidia-installer-cleanup)
