I have found this one before found here.

It seems not only a Debian bug and/or Kde.

I don't understand why this problem is only for konsole/xterm. No other
window seems to hang when maximise it.

Anyway it's not only a nvidia bug if the last update of kde and xorg has
improved the situation.
