but with not much helpful information, it just links to an external
bugtracker and there people only discuss how to downgrade the driver on
Fedora ...

Either add more information in this thread or create a new one with a
more descriptive title, e.g.
  304.30 breaks SDL: screen only displays blue component

And please post the URL to this Debian bug, so that other users may find it.
