Nvidia-glx multiarch status

Hello,

I have been fiddling this afternoon with trying to install
libgl1-nvidia-glx:i386 on an amd64 machine. It didn't provide the
expected effects (trying to remove my current amd64 nvidia libraries).

Is it worth writing a bugreport, or is the Nvidia debian team aware of this?

For all it's worth, I ended doing:
sudo apt-get install nvidia-glx-ia32

which is a bit redundant with other i386 installs (I needed some SDL
packages not included in ia32-libs), and it looks like it's fine (some
warnings in the console about the GTK theme not found, but it's harmless).
