Please install nvidia-cuda-toolkit.

Would it be useful to split out the nvprof binary from
nvidia-cuda-toolkit to a separate package? Is there a real use-case for
installing nvidia-visual-profiler, but not nvidia-cuda-toolkit?
Otherwise I'll just add a Depends: nvidia-cuda-toolkit.
