upload nvclock (0.8b4+cvs20100914-2)

Hi Russ,

can you upload nvclock (0.8b4+cvs20100914-2) to unstable?
It needs to go through NEW because I split off the smartdimmer package
(together with some more changes this should hopefully reduce to Ubuntu
diff to zero) and there is also no DMUA set, yet.
I did not run+commit dch -r, but as of r2838 my changes are all in and
it builds fine in a Ubuntu precise pbuilder.
