Bug#650703: still same problem

I have the same problem with my old card.

Seems to be the same bug as solved already by ubuntu-community:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-settings-updates/+bug/539196

Perhaps somebody like to copy the solution for Debian?
