more virtual packages for providing libcuda.so.1 and libOpenCL.so.1

Alberto, I saw the updates to LP: #1129409 today, thanks very much!

Andreas, is libcuda1 in Debian going to provide libcuda-5.0-1 as well now?

I noticed something interesting going on with some opengl packages; in
their build-depends they have 'libgl1-mesa-dev | libgl-dev', and somehow
the binary package ends up depending on 'libgl1-mesa-glx | libgl1'.  I
couldn't see where this was happening.
Does anyone know offhand?  Otherwise I'll try to find out.  Whatever it is,
it may be a better solution than using shlibs.local.
