I don't think nvclock is useful any more - it only supports rather old
devices, and recent security fixes in the nvidia kernel module seem to
cause problems accessing some internal structures...

So let's keep this out of jessie unless someone can demonstrate that
nvclock still works somewhere.
I don't have any reasonably old GPUs to test nvclock at all.
