Bug#714981: Build nvidia module fails with Kernel 3.10

Hello dear maintainer,

I have the same problem with new kernel 3.10.1-1 

# cat /proc/driver/nvidia/version
NVRM version: NVIDIA UNIX x86 Kernel Module  304.88  Wed Mar 27
14:31:12 PDT 2013 GCC version:  gcc version 4.7.3 (Debian 4.7.3-5) 

How can I fix it?
