The current behavior just looks stupid. The files should either be
shipped as conffiles or if they are automatically modified by bumblebee
somehow, ucf should be used to manage them.

PS: Getting rid of the modprobe blacklist will require bumblebee to be
purged. Take a look at glx-alternatives in experimental how I solved
this for nvidia and fglrx.
