[Wishlist] Master-of-seat tag

Dear Debian Nvidia maintainers,

Is it possible, or does it make sense, that the Nvidia installer create an  
udev rule for every Nvidia graphic device with: TAG+="seat",  
TAG+="master-of-seat" So the device will show up in
  $ loginctl seat-status seat0
so an user can "move" the card to an other seat with
  $ sudo loginctl attach seat1 <nvidia.device>
