In the latest OpenCL Runtime 14.2 for Intel CPU and Intel Xeon Phi 
coprocessors for Linux (64-bit) download [1], 
opencl-1.2-base-4.5.0.8-1.x86_64.rpm contains the following files:

$ ls -ln opt/intel/opencl-1.2-4.5.0.8/lib64/

lrwxrwxrwx 1 1000 1000    14 Aug 15 14:24 libOpenCL.so -> libOpenCL.so.1
