Because the recent xserver 1.16 transition introduced an ABI bump, and
thus packages in the archive that didn't support it (fglrx and nvidia)
were removed from testing. I believe nvidia has, in the meantime, made
available new upstream versions which have support for xserver 1.16,
so I intend on uploading fixed nvidia 340.xx and 304.xxx branch
releases soon. Also see [1].
